No water, need help

Just got to camp and hooked up the water, no water coming out in Motorhome? A few facts:
1 coachmen Mirada 34 BH 2011
2 just had hot water tank replaced, didn't check water flow before hit the road
3 There is definitely water coming out of the house before hooking to Motorhome
4 I tried putting water on the aux tank and that doesn't work either, but I don't hear the pump come on like I normally would so that might be out

Is there a cut off valve I am missing?

They would have probably turned the valve at the water heater to bypass when they replaced it. Even if they did that you should still get water to the cold side throughout the unit. Depending on the plumbing of the unit they could have cut both cold and hot off at the tank making it dead for the rest of the unit. Go to the hot water plumbing first and see if water is filling the tank

Check the city water hose area (where you hooked up the hose) and look for a "fill tank" valve. Make sure it is not in the fill position.
