noisy woofer when no apparent volume is turned on

I'm encountering constant low volume noise from my woofer under the galley cabinet anytime coach power is on (all the time). The fuse can be removed from the Pioneer dash radio/nav junk and the volume turned to zero on the Jamo. Feedback from the charger in the inverter? It sounds like the ocean beach on a calm day, but in the desert?

This is often caused by corroded terminals, check that first. Second thing you could do is add a noise filter circuit...available at Radio Shack. Usually you need to size it according to the power requirements of the woofer.
