The Norcold upper fans take care of that. I have changed the thermostat on those from the original "on" at 130 degrees to "on" at 80 degrees, they basically run constantly any time the ambient is over 75 degrees. I also closed off the upper louver of the lower vent to stop "short cycling" air it now all goes up and out the top vent even without the top fans running.
I have a remote temp sensor on the middle shelf and am realizing as low as 33 and rarely 40 with afternoon Sun on that side unless it goes into defrost mode. Just added a David Force fan system to the in cabinet cooling fins which will reduce the need to allow the defrost cycle. The defrost cycle is automatic every 49 hours, turning the unit off momentary resets time cycle, avoiding the cycle and slow recovery.
