The 3A DC fuse is for the 'cooling unit' heater...'low ambient air temp' triggers it
The 5A DC fuse is for the 12V DC POS circuit for fridge controls (light, display, controls etc.)
The 15A ???? (S/B 8A for 120V AC circuit)
You checked the fuses......all good
But how did you check them......????
Did you use a voltmeter and verify 12V DC was on both sides of fuse/fuse holders------do a 'continuity' test across fuse ??
12V DC POS wire connects to circuit board far right side lower corner
12V DC NEG wire connects to circuit board far right side left of 12V DC POS terminal (BOTH marked on board)
DO you have 12V DC there?
In outside compartment LEFT of control module is a small box.
It is a built in OEM HI Temp Sensor control (Recall Box on early Norcold fridges---this is same just built into unit/factory OEM)
12V DC goes IN and IF HI TEMP SENSOR has tripped (installed on burner stack) then NO 12V DC comes OUT going back to circuit board
So IF you have 12V DC at the circuit board (lower left corner) then good chance that the HI TEMP Sensor Control has tripped shutting down ALL DC to fridge.
HI TEMP Sensor triggers at 700*F (+)
That is due to overheating situation from lack of coolant flow (obstruction/blockage or off level operation)
OR Hi Temp Sensor Control got WET and tripped
(Strong Magnet can reset that reed switch---placing on control box and running it back/forth)
