Anybody had service done at North Trail and is willing to share their thoughts? I'm done with Lazy Days!!! So I'm looking for an alternative that services American Coach.

All RV dealers are better with the sales transaction than the service transaction. LD is the biggest and are certainly better with service than most RV dealers but due to numbers of customers, there are bad experiences out there. Since you have. '16 American Coach you will be better off to stick with LD through warranty issues. P,us the Crown Club is a great perk. The key to a good experience with LD is the service advisor they assign you. If yours isn't getting the job done meet with the service mgr and ask for another.

I've also been at NT many times. They seem ok & most likely on an approximate level with LD. High volume dealer with lots of positive and negative reviews. They specialize in Newmar and are best with them.

When you are done with warrantee issues, find a good independent who isn't a dealer for service. Truck shops for drive train/chassis and tires.

North Trail is no longer an American Coach dealer. Don't know if that matters to you or not. LaMesa now has the American Coach line. We've had done minor work on our 2016 Revolution at both LaMesa Fort Myers and Sanford. For the most part we've been satisfied with the work at both locations.

If you have the time and fuel, the factory service center in Decateur, IN can't be beat. Save up all the warranty stuff and take it there. It is sad that dealers don't care about anything after the sale is final.

what chassis do you have, Eagles pride in titisville is good for general service and they are a spartan service center.

Last year I had a problem with my coach when I purchased it from Lazy Days and got the run around from the service department. I googled Lazy Days management and found Ron Fleming was the general sales manager. I sent a email to him Rfleming@lazydays.com explaining my problems and it was instantly addressed with great care and concern by someone he told to fix the issues. The problem is LazyDays is so big, the top management has no idea what is going on day to day... They really do want happy customers and repeat business. The middle management guys do a great job of stopping your complaints from going higher and the big guys think everything is running fine.. The top management don't know you are being screwed over... Jump over the middle guys and go to the top if you are unhappy! Worked for me.

Recently had front alignment at North Trail, very satisfied, and price was reasonable.
