I had a billing issue with a CW item a week ago.
When I talked to a customer service person -- after a LONG wait.
I was told they recently changed their order/billing system and were going through a few issues --
They did correct my problem very expeditiously once I got to the right customer service person.
Overall I was pleased.

I called and ordered a base plate. The woman handling the call answered all my questions and went out of her way to help. Two days later it was on my door step. Just ordered another base plate this time thru the website. Cheaper than the rest with free shipping. This time the part took three days. I'll still use Amazon for some things but RVUpgrades has earned my business.

Finally received the order. Late yesterday I got an email from CW referencing one of my two email complaints and a tracking number that indicated that the package was delivered to the park office. Of course, I did not discover it until after the office was closed. I checked this morning and sure enough, all the package and all the products had arrived. Just for grins, I went online a few minutes ago and there is still not a confirmation or an order number posted.
