'95 was the change-over year IIRC. If it's OBD most likely it's located in the engine compartment. Check around the driver's side.

My OBD2 connector (on a 2005 F-53) is located near the steering column behind the dash trim -about where my right knee would be. It has a black plastic cover over it so was hard to spot.

Took me awhile to find it due to the extremely awkward position you have to assume to look under the driver's side dash!

The F53 was OBD1 until 1999. The connector on my 98 is under the dogbox left front corner.
