At the least change the oil and fuel/watre seperator. both of witch had to come from a freightliner dealer. Order them if you have to. It would be good cheap insurance for a rig that hss been sitting that long.

You can get Fleetguard filters at most any Freightliner, Cummins or International dealer. Possibly Case tractor dealer also. There should be some of those dealers in your local area.
