Oil Filter

I have a 200 Damon Daybreak rv 34' in length with a v8 7.4 vortex engine and a workhorse chassis. It calls for an oil filter pf1218 and I am having trouble finding one. anyone have a cross reference number?

If you go to:
Purolator Auto Oil & Air Filters
you will see when you cross a filter #pf1218, it returns as a purolator #L34631.

Not sure how that above post shows a different Purolator #.?

Justa' listing of oil filters...you'll find there are MANY variants...with and w/o drainback, capacity etc...but you're signature says you're driving a FORD so...I dunno. I'm sure ROSEABUD will find several from which to schoose. I went to a FRAM last time as O'Reilly's was out-of-stock on my favored WIX.
