I share your frustration while looking out the window at our MH in the driveway. But I have 21 more days of work until I retire!! Then we are hitting the road for as long as we can!

The wait is driving me nuts but the reward will be great!!

We once met a couple at this very campground I'm posting from who were not retired yet, but stayed here for two weeks each of the summer months. They'd go home for two weeks and come back for two weeks until the place closed in the fall. They went to work from here and returned to their campsite and TT each evening. They loved it! Their jobs were only a little further from here than where they lived in the city.

I was thrilled out of my mind when my husband decided to take retirement at 62. I was so happy we had the finances to do it. I did the same thing.

So many have to work until 65 or even 70. By then health may be failing and RVing just too much. We never know what can happen to us and so we should do what we enjoy for as long as possible.
