Have you called your warranty provider to get a list of service providers they work with? Many times repair shops have been left holding the bag and some are not too enthusiastic about direct billing a warranty company.

They may mean that they are not willing to be paid by the warranty company. They may be willing to make calls to your company for approvals prior to the repair.

Yes you may have to pay the bill and get reimbursed.

What kind of problems are you having?

Something with front end, im think8ng either breaks or some other safety issue, its grinds and when turnng clunks, i equate the sound with someone stretxhing a very large rusty spring, the creak and boink noise, lol not easy to explain i guess..

Given the wealth of information provided so far, I'll take a stab at a response about the issue.

IF your problem is related to something called a, "wear item", like brakes, then it's likely that the EW company won't cover it.

Repair shops don't like EW companies because they can get stiffed, or can get paid way after the fact. Pay them, then get re-imbursed from the EW company.

Photos of the motorhome, the problem and the driver would help us
