Onan Generator Load Shedding?

We have a 2011 Newmar Mountain Aire 4335 with an Onan generator.we were driving through a thunderstorm with the both ac's running along with the refrigerator. We noticed a power loss to the refrigerator then the ac's went off line. I thought the generator may have quit so I restarted it while driving. The system seem to return. My question is does the generator load shed if it needs to maintain its system status? No problems since.

What model generator do you have? You probably have an on board EMS system that will take care of any shedding needed.
