As was previously stated, don't do anything until you're sure the jack isn't just frozen to the ground.

We always place trailer tongue jacks on scraps of 2" x 4" lumber for exactly that reason.

Update - The weather finally cooperated today, and as suggested, I firmly tapped on our stuck down left front ATWOOD leveler with my aluminium baseball bat, turned on the level panel, pushed the driver and retract buttons, and thankfully, the leveler retracted successfully. I've since tested all the levelers several times today, and they all are "doing their thing" as they should be😆.
Thanks to all who responded and helped rectify our urgent problem.
In the process i got some additional great suggestions and related ideas.
Now we can hit the road as planned.😆
