One Leveling Jack Won't Go Down

1993 Winnabego Vectra 37ft Gas

I am having a problem getting my one Jack to go vertical, with a little help I got it to go down and it raised and lowered.

Looked in my service book and it said to switch out a solenoid and see if the other Jack will then not go down, it still did not go down.

It must be the thingie (Technical Term For You Newbies), that puts the Jack into the Vertical Position.

Can someone direct me to the part I should be replacing/Kicking/Nudging.

I am able to move it manually with my hand, it seems the piece that moves it into the vertical position is not working properly,
