our dealership threw in Diamond coating with our new purchase 3 years ago. My buddy bought a same year and make as ours a year later and boy I could see the difference already in the finishes. So I think our diamond coating was worth it. If bought seperately the diamond coating is 600. JMHO

If you search "diamond shield" you will see the stories and costs.
If my naked front gets bad (2 chips, 13K miles) I can always buy a bra.
