Our Pace has a new roof :)

And as we say in Maine...I'm wicked impressed.
Delivered the coach to Dave's over in Green Cove, Fl. at RVRoof.com, picked it up a week later.
This is a very customer-focused business, and they did a fantastic job.
The new roof looks great, and carries a TRANSFERABLE life-time warranty.

Seriously? Who does that these days?

I've attached a photo...have a few more if anyone's interested.
My coach as $5400...and worth every penny in my estimation.

So whoever buys our coach will be getting new shocks, tune up, and a brand new roof with lifetime warranty?...lucky them

Jim

Sounds great! I'd like to see a pic too if possible. Also what size is your PA?

Jim, where are the pictures!?

I had a new roof (ins replaced) put on my coach last June and if I have the annual service at CW each year, they told me and in writing that it is also a lifetime warranty. I didn't think to ask if it was transferrable.

Here are pics of my new roof, lets see yours!!

I'm not sure why the pics didn't post. Will try again here, since I'm up early and not much to do right now

I did them as attachments this time. It says they're uploaded, so we'll see.

My coach is a 36D, so 36'. They charge by the foot.
As I said, I was VERY impressed with the operation, and especially with the fact that the warranty is transferable.
Total cost was about $5500.

Don't ask me why the pics are rotated...LOL...I have no idea.

I saw & talked with RVRoof at the Tampa RV show. They didn't use to have a lifetime warranty, they had to start offering it because of competition. They quoted me a price of $160 a linear foot. Others I've talked with are offering $120 a linear foot w/lifetime warranty. I like competition, it drives down prices.

They're still pretty much at $160, BUT, for me, a transferable warranty had value, and it will for the next owners of my coach. I also like supporting small businesses.

I would guess that a 36 ft coach roof is actually much shorter considering that the front and rear fiberglass caps extend up and on to the roof.

Maybe a foot...especially up front. On both ends, the new roof runs over the seams of the caps. In the rear the new roof runs to within a few inches of the end, up front it's about a foot, maybe 16".

Did you get the all white roofing? I'm asking because they offer color matching when coming over the sides and the caps. If they did how close to matching is it?
