How do I find out if my 1984 Minnie winnie is built on a chevy P30 or G30 chassis?
I think it is a G30, but not sure,

kevbern, I believe the 5th digit of your vin# will provide that answer a 'P' is the forward control chassis. Calling it a P30 will cause a lot of response, but if the vin shows a 'xxPx7xx' then its a 'P' chassis motorhome type.

If this is what you have then it is the Van chassis not the P30.
