Pacbrake/Cruise/Fast Idle

#@&!!%! wiring! I am trying to put a 2000 Renegade back on the road after a long layup. 3126B Cat, Allison World, SMC Magnum chassis, Reyco 4-bag.

Had a lot of issues, typical two steps up, one step back troubleshooting. Now it's the Pacbrake/Cruise/Fast Idle. None of them works. Turn on the PacBrake at idle and the Fast Idle works. Cruise also works - turn cruise on, run up rpm, hit "Set", and it sets. On level road at speed, Cruise does not work unless Pacbrake switch is on, but Pacbrake never engages.

Pacbrake piston itself feels free, can be moved fairly easily when shutdown. Pacbrake switch seems to be working - voltage out when depressed. "Out" line is labeled "Brake to solenoid".

ECM checked out ok by Cat Service. Brake lights work when pedal depressed. One of the inputs to the brake light relay is labeled "Exhaust Brake", but brake lights do not come on when EB switch is on.

All the relays I can find check out good. Any ideas would really be appreciated.
