Paintwork at fairway Ford placenta CA

Noticed clearcoat flaking on top rear corner of coach , looked into my file and had a receipt from the above body shop for some AAA insurance work in December 2012 , thought I would ring and ask how long they stand by paintwork before I pay another shop to rectify it .
Told the body shop manager about flaking and just asked his thoughts.
No only original owner ( even if they sell coach next week)
AAA insurance only a year max ( and a few others )
suggested it was my fault , that must have been left in sun !!!
Just a heads up

So, what's the problem?
Not the original owner and a one year warranty that's over 4½ years old?

Seems clear to me, you don't have anything to complain about.

Interesting... I have had them do lots of work for me and have referred several friends. Have always been treated with fairness and respect. And jobs were done to perfection. Even had a basement door that needed adjustment after they installed a new one a few weeks later. Was no issue. Stopped in and waited about an hour while they did the adjustment at no cost.

Sorry to hear your experience was not as good.

As for the repaint, I have to agree with them. Not original owner and AAA policy. Each insurance company has different rules. Mine is guaranteed for as long as I own the RV.

Don't think I was griping !!
Just surprised that a paint shop manager didn't want to at least look at the problem.
But stated that even if I was original owner their work was only good for twelve months!
I must confess that having worked in the body shop business, I found that rather disappointing.
