Panhard/track bar grease fittings

I changed out my rear air bags today and while I had my head poked way up in there, I noticed that my panhard/track bar has grease fittings. They were caked up so bad I couldn't see anything but a hump. I dug around and sure enough they were there. I had assumed it had rubber bushings that didn't need grease. These fittings are almost impossible to get to. I was sitting up wedged between the driveshaft, the axle, and a frame member to be able to reach it.
I'm wondering who else has grease fittings there?
