Parts

I am looking to replace the 4 1/2 inch access covers in the water and sewage and electrical compartments. They allow you to run hoses and landline through bottom of compartment. I cannot find them anywhere and without making major changes, cannot replace with other fixtures.

Welcome to the forum. I believe you are looking for "deck plates".

What make, year and model is your RV?
Have you contacted an RV dealer?

I thank you for the suggestion and will look into West Marine to see if the deck plates will work. It looks very promising

Plumbing cleanouts!

I love using these as access ports. I usually glue a coupling on the outside and sandwich the bay floor.

They come from 1-1/2" thru 4" for every use. I use 1-1/2" for water, cable, bbq line. 3" for power cord and 4" for sewer

Thanks, I was looking at them also but I really didn't want to modify the deck if I don't have to. If the deck covers don't work, then I will need to rethink

My DP came with bottom access cutouts 6-8 inches wide. Depending on the park utility locations even this size is not big enough. Make sure your new access wholes are much larger than you think you need.

A typical 4" deck plate uses a 4.5" cut out. Is that the dimension you are looking for, or is the plate cover itself 4.5".

https://www.amazon.com/BECKSON-SMOOT.../dp/B00C7MHA2A

You can get almost any size you can imagine, and I prefer much larger ones to those common 4" types. 6" leaves some room to get a big hose though with ease.

You can purchase replacement deck plates from any marine supply. Here is one:

https://www.westmarine.com/deck-plates

A 6" one is $16 and 8 " $25. If you have the room, I would go with the larger (you never know) and it's the same amount of work. There are several post on this forum re: replacement of these plates.

I like this idea! I have a struggle screwing the cap back on the one for the sewer line.

My 2014 Tiffin Allegro 36LA has a wet bay drain portal for the sewer hose. It has a threaded plug. Contact the tiffin parts dept.
they may have it on hand.
