Passenger seat won't recline

We have a 2002 Gulfstream Friendship. The passenger seat was working. I lowered the foot rest to get up while traveling. When I sat back down to recline the foot rest it did not recline. Nothing works on the chair. My husband has it hooked to a battery charger and it works fine. Any suggestions on how to fix it Permanently? Could it be a fuse? If so, where do we find it?

Thank you!

The fuse should be in the "Battery Control Center."

My drivers seat has done the same thing.... Pulled the fuse (in front fuse compartment below drivers window) and now I can't find anyone that has the exact same 20amp fuse... Is a large strange looking one.... Have tried a few auto parts places with no luck.....

Look for pinch points of the chair control wires beneath the chair when it rotates.

I had a broken wire there.
