That's why we bought what we did. Outside storage comp's are fully accessible as well

You are very correct. We do not always have to sit under the awning and sometimes do not even put it out. And yes, we have been known to sit in front, behind and all around at times and I would not give up the inside space just because of the awning.

I like "twojayhawks" point of view, as we also move around the coach depending on the view and the sun. Before we bought our current coach we considered the loss of space, but we much more appreciate the added space inside on our new coach.

I can only think of one campground we use for weekend getaways with our kids and their RV's, where the sites are really narrow. Even without the slide, the sites are really too narrow to sit under the awning.
