Phoenix/Mesa, AZ pre-sale inspection

Planning on buying/trading for a 2006 Newmar Essex at Auto Boss RV in the Mesa, AZ area. Does anyone know of a reliable place where I can take it for a thorough pre-sale inspection of chassis (Cummins ISM, Allison 4000, etc), and all house systems? Thanks

Just a thought. Have you considered checking to see if Camping World or La Mesa RV in Mesa would check it out. I have used La Mesa for warranty work with good luck.

Try
Dave Mattson RV Insp
(480) 497-9747
(480) 510-6646

Ended up not buy in Phoenix area but he does PDI inspections in Phoenix area. Spoke to him several times. Seemed to know what he was doing. A little hard to get a hold of but does return calls.

Have since recommend him several times and received positive feedback by PM and in posts here. May try search here on his name as I don't recall who used him or when exactly. He is listed here:

Check out Massey's Diesel in Phoenix. Look at their website and read the reviews on rvservicereviews.com.

Cummins, they did dyno test and all for me in 2001 when I bought my first American Eagle (1999).

Would also recommend them to look at engine/transmission/batteries/tires/chassis.

Dave Mattson RV Insp

I used Dave Mattson RV Insp when I bought my Panther in Scottsdale.
(480) 497-9747, (480) 510-6646. He came out on a very hot day and spent hours going over the coach and gave me a complete list of items that needed repairs. I recommend him.

Update. DW and I were supposed to fly to Portland, OR yesterday to prepare our coach to drive down to Mesa, AZ where the 2006 Essex awaits inspection. As it turns out, I had to have my gallbladder removed 2 days ago so I'm still hurting from the surgery. Our flight is now scheduled for next Thursday. I hope I'm in shape to make the trip.
I will call Dave Mattson and Massey's Diesel to arrange inspections. I also ordered kits from JP Lubricants to check the engine (oil change recently done, however), trans, generator fluids.
Plan to finally arrive @ Auto Boss Rv the last week in January.
Thank you soooo much for all your responses. Looking forward to being part of the Newmar family.
