It's a private resort, however, sites are rented when owners aren't there. It's a gated RV resort with security, indoor pool and spa as well as outdoor pool and spa. All sites are on concrete pads. Has a Clubhouse and laundry. Sites range from about $30-$70 per night. Ours was $42. Wished we had found this place sooner as we would have stayed there more. Don't believe it's listed in any books. It's just north of Newport. Has an RV parts and repair shop across the highway. Got to get a couple of things fixed while staying!

Wish we were there, we purchased a lot last year and due to some health issues we were not able to get up this year. We'll be up next year and I can't wait. Just received the latest news letter and it looks like there are lots of things going on that we missed out on this year.

Beautiful...we just came back from 4 days at Beverly Beach State Park nearby, and the beaches in the area are really amazing! I love the view of the ocean. What do you think of the park and the value of purchasing there? I heard they went through bankruptcy and was bought out, though it was not supposed to impact purchasers....also, love the dachshund, and what's with the rubber chicken? :-)

Ya we were kite flying at Beverly Beach. Beautiful beach!

The RV resort was taken over by the lot owners. Everything is supposedly back to normal. We could have bought a lot there for $10K. It was the $250 per mo.for maintenance fees that I didn't want to have to pay. We have other travel plans to other areas of the country anyways. Nice place though!

Bella is our latest 4 legged family member.

Now to Mortimer. He is our rubber chicken that has accompanied us all over. He has been to Mexico, Maui, Pacific Northwest, many Canadian Provinces. We have pictures of him everywhere. Just our thing I started almost 20 years ago.

Here's Mort at the Lighthouse, having a soak at the hot tub, having a glass of wine Oceanside and at Grayland State Park! He's been more places than many people I know!
