And yes to the question of usually a one time purchase, and if of course the same wheel size, usually transferable to another coach. I've heard of reports of rusting out, or other problems where the steel balls that run inside of the ring stop spinning. Very few, and far apart, these reports. And, I've never talked to a Centramatic person in person, that has ever had a problem with them.

That's a great savings tip on the sale going now!

Typically, many buy Centramatics for coaches they intend to keep awhile. There are many varieties of Centramatics, so I doubt someone would take their old ones with them when they sell a coach. As an example, my previous coach had drum brakes on the front and my new coach has disc, different Centramatic model.

I have used Centra-matic, lead wheel weights and now ceramic beads. At this point I prefer the beads.

I have used Dynabeads for 15 years. Just put new skins on the motorcycle and used lead...dumb. Ordered MC beads...WOW smooth. You would think I would have learned after all this time.
