Poor service McCoys Freightliner
No start on our MH on Spartan chassis. Called FMCA Roadside assistance (Coach Net). They called around and the McCoys FL in Portland could take it right in. Unloaded the dolly and put it away. Tow truck arrived and removed the driveshaft and took off to the shop. Got to McCoys and no one had written up an order for a motorhome and they couldn't look at it for a week. I called Coach Net and got the name of who they talked to at McCoys (Mike). Mike then said they had called about a "coach" but not a MH and refused to stand by their claim of getting us right in!! We'd have to leave it for a week!! Why tell someone they can get right to it and then refuse to do it unless they thought they'd get the job that way?
I called Coach net and they called around to find someone else and couldn't. I did talk them into towing it to my first choice which was Pacific Power Products in Ridgefield WA. So there is sits till Monday as no Cummins techs on till then. Safe in a bay in their shop and even plugged in. FL had no power hookups and both our freezers were full and so are the three at home so we would have lost all the food in the freezers too.
