pots/pans/silverwear noise
Just moved from 5er to MH and all these noises in the 5er were no concern but now they are riding along with us....and driving me buggy.
Short of wrapping and unwrapping everything each time it gets used are there any suggestions on an easy way to quiet all the jingle-jangles?
With the MH empty... I have no noises.
With everything wrapped in washcloths, dishtowels and rubber waffle shelf liner I have no noises....but it's a bit annoying to pack and unpack.

It goes with the territory. It's amazing the little "parties" everything was having in the trailer when you didn't know it. I've just experienced the same effect! The little waffle sheets work great as well as plastic bins for the spices, etc. You also can eliminate lots of that crap you don't really need. I had 9 pots and pans in the TT and realized I only used 1 or 2 of them most of the time. I didn't know how much partying was going on back there until we made the switch.

Yeah, it is a rattle trap when the roads are rough. Seems like the pans make the most noise. Try thin rubber cabinet liner between the pans and also on the pot lids. Also, wrap a rubber band around the silverware so they can’t move. For utensils, not sure there. We have a lot of them.

Our dishes and silverware are silent when rolling down the road.
In your Revolution, the only thing I can imagine stiffening the ride to the degree you describe is having the tires over-inflated.
Get the coach weighed and adjust the air pressure per the tire manufacturer's load/inflation charts.
I think the problem will go away once you make this adjustment.
Your air ride suspension should give you a comfortable and quiet experience rolling down the road.

We take those rubbery place mats and cut into strips about 2" wide. Lay these in in the pot or pan before putting the next one on top. Also line the bottom of drawer or cupboard with the material. Same for silverware and utensil drawers. Really helps in keeping noise down. Also helps protect the non-stick surfaces of your pots and pans.

For silverware, we use a small hanging rack that all the silverware hang on. A small elastic bungie around the whole thing, and put it in the cupboard. When you cook or have dinner, just put it out on the counter. As stated, the little rubber sheets between all the pots and pans.

We use our dish towels placed between/around things that will clatter (like pyrex). We use koozies around all our wine and beer glasses to keep them from clinking.

Tire pressures are all spot on for weight and the ride is quiet and comfortable...except for all the the pots and pans playing percussion. I know how to shut them up... I'm just curious if there are better ways.

Paper plates, SOLO cups and individually wrapped plastic ware from Wendy's. Actually, my silverware is the GI issue of the 80's whereby the knife, fork and spoon all slide tightly into one metal packet together. Tough as nails and cheap at the Army Surplus stores. We use mostly acrylic glasses that pack well in a bin and use the rubber waffle sheets with the pots and pans. My biggest fear, as I stated in an earlier thread, is the fridge becoming a bowling alley.

A lot of people seem to be spending a lot of money on rubber waffle sheets. Just put a paper towel between things. When you get to a place where you settle in for a while, just stack up the paper towels and use them. They’ll disappear in a few days.

Cheap paper plates make excellent sound deadening between plates. Coffee filters work for bowls and small plates.

Get a gasser. The engine racket will drown out most of the noise of the rattling pots, pans and dishes.

I lined the bottom of my cabinets with headliner material (automotive type) so it has a little padding in it. Seems to have worked pretty well. Have had a few guest ride with me and they even commented on how quite it was with no dish noise as well. A little time consuming but very much worth it.
