Power gear leveling system
Team,
Have an issue with my leveling jacks. I cannot seem to find where the thermal breaker for my hydraulic pump. I was lifting the front to lube and clean jacks when they stopped. I have done all I know to do and it points to the breaker. There seems to be very little info I can find ether from HR or power gear systems.
Thanks for any help you can offer,
Craig

Craig, this is where the information about your coach would come into play. I suggest you go to the "user CP" button under the iRV2 Forums banner and set up you signature with this info in it. This way everytime you post your coach info is available. I had to go to your profile and look it up. I would suggest looking close to the batteries for the circuit breaker if you do not have any voltage on the pump solenoid. Give us as much information as to what is working or not as what you have checked so far. Thank you.

Mike - Thanks I will do as you suggested.
As for the power issue, the control panel on the dash thinks it is working.
When the system stopped working, the legs were down to get them up I had to break the line to get up.

HR will be no help, but if you email PG, they should provide you lots of information and links to what you need to fix your problem.

Thanks team,
I will see what power gear folks can help. I hate to pay for something that in my mind should be simple. I do know that sometimes you just have to have help to solve issues with simple things. The folks that sold us the RV has closed due I believe to what has been a bad economy. So many good shops gone. )o:

there is a 10 amp fuse in the wiring harness that goes to your Power Gear jack reservoir. Find it and check it to see if it is blown.

our 08 power gear blew a fuse when new. It has a inline fuse within a ft or so from the pump motor. Our had a blown 5 amp fuse. Power gear told me it was supposed to be a 10 amp fuse. That was the only time it blew the fuse.

Team,
Please see the trouble shooting guide attached for the leveling control id and the possible solution to this issue. Find the leveling control box and verify that is receiving all the correct inputs to do the correct outputs.
