I would call the manufacturer and see what they say. Lippert makes my 4 point auto-leveling system and if I had power but the jacks don't work, they'd get a call.

I almost did call them when my jacks stopped working and for me, it was the battery disconnect. I had enough power for the panel but not enough for the jacks. Didn't know until I used my volt meter and actually checked the battery manually.

Hope you find the solution. It drove me crazy when my jacks didn't work for a couple of days.

Remove the control panel and remove the 2 smallest connectors. Wait a little and then plug them back in. The system doesn't like dead batteries or no battery power.

I just reset mine for about the 4th time in 11 years.
