Power Gear touch pad issue

Hello all. First question on here. Our first RV. And our first problem.
Can anyone tell me the model # for the touch pad for the pic I've enclosed? Or better yet, the original service manual. Power gear website doesn't have it. (1997 southwind, Ford chassis)
Having issues with it powering on. The power turned on initially. The front jack lowered a bit. Then alarm sounded and wouldn't go off. So I added fluid and alarm turned off. But Now the the touch pad will not power on at all.
Park brake is set. Battery on. Motor running. When I turn the key to start motor, the "jacks down" light flashes once and that's it.
I checked leveler fuse on fuse panel. I haven't tested small fuses on unit itself tho. (Just read a thread about those)
Any help much appreciated.
Thank you,
Mike

Mike I did some searching for your control panel and didn't find anything either. Maybe someone with your same year and model will chime in...

I don't know your circumstances but as a rule you don't add hydraulic fluid to a jack that is extended. When it retracts there may be a fluid storage problem.

Thanks to my first two replies.

I want to thank both of you for your help. I knew about adding fluid while down. But I did just a little to see if alarm would turn off. Which it did. Hopefully I didn't damage anything.
Thank you soo much for the link to the owners manual for the year/model I was looking for. That's the one!!!
I've been searching for a week and you helped me in less than 24 hours!!
Much appreciated. Now figuring out what's wrong... I'll let you know.
