What does an intermittent float light mean on the power monitor? This is on a 2012 Newmarket ventana le

intermittent load. Is the float light going off and the Acceptance coming on?

Don’t think so but the green light stays on. It has 50 amp service and I have it plugged in to a 30 amp plug
