I have experienced that the CB that appeared not to be tripped in fact was. The fix, reset it from off to on. Also another time the GFI was tripped, reset it, or replace the GFI, you might have blowed it with the overload. Some GFIs cannot be reset once a fault has occurred.

Update .... I should have stated that the old girl is a "95 Beaver Marquis . I have chased out the entire galley circuit ,down to the first outlet under the sink. No power there... Have power coming out of the Inverter but... Must have another breaker or GFCI somewhere. Getting a little more intimate with is bus than I wanted to...... I appreciate all the help.

Found it .......broken wire at first outlet post inverter. Yes!

With one minor difference... Been there.. Done that.

The difference: No breakers on my inverter.
