Power Steering Pump

Can anyone tell me where the power steering pump is located on a 05 Itasca Suncruiser, workhorse chasis, Chevy 8.1 L motor? I'm trying to determine if the whine I hear when I turn the steering wheel is related to the pump being low on fluid or if it is normal for this model.

reservoir is on the right. Its a hydraulic pump. You can try siphoning out some of the fluid and put some conditioner in it. It quelled the noise on mine.

It seems from prior threads that the whine is not that uncommon. Here is a previous thread where some have removed the factory fluid and replaced with synthetic such as Lucas and Royal Purple. We used Lucas synthetic in our previous MH, a 2005 Winnebago Voyage, WH chassis, and the whine went away.
