Power Touch lock remote

My Coach has 2 door locks but only the deadbolt door lock is powered and works with a 4 button "Power Touch" FCC ID MY5MXI remote key fob. I cannot locate any information on Power Touch by searching. My remote works fine in unlocking the door by pushing button 2 but will not lock it when pushing button 1. Button controls the patio lights and button 4 by design on my coach has no function. The remote my wife carries works fine on all 3 setting. I was going to replace the battery but wanted to research the unit first. Any thoughts

I opened up the case and here is the battery, 25a 9V,

Mini 9 volt Alkaline Battery 18 mAh 29A, A29 Also called the 25A - Four Batteries

The lock brand is Tri/Mark
