PowerGear jack Options

My jacks were all starting to seep oil(some more than others) PowerGear wanted to hose me for $500 for new seals. I took them to a hydraulic/machine shop and the discovered some cracked plastic pieces on the front cylinders(smaller) that powergear said were not available but I could buy replacement cylinders for $550 each. The shop said they could machine the parts out of aluminum and they found they had the right spec seals. I picked them up today and the bill was under $200 for everything. Shows what kind of a ripoff PowerGear is.

I didn't think you could get parts direct from Power Gear any more.
How much $$$ cut was the dealer/shop that was getting the parts for you getting?

Those were my prices direct from PowerGear regional distributor. A shop would have to add on a markup.
