PowerGear question

On my 08 Bounder, I am finding the jacks don't have much stroke length. any idea the amount...meaning how much should they move. just seems to me like even in front of the house, even though there's a slope, I figured it would be an easy spot for it to level.

once extended to what I figure the max is, the front and right arrows stay illuminated. does that mean I'm still low in those areas? it looks obviously low so I assume yes.

Do you have air suspension on your coach? If so you suppose to dump it first, then level.

Here's a manual for your system in case you need it.

Here's a tech doc. on calibration. You may want to check to see if they are calibrated properly.

I had the same situation in my 08 Bounder . I carried a few 12" x 12 " 2" boards to assist in uneven sites. I rarely had to use them. It appears that they don't have a lot of extending to them but they're usually enough.

If you ever need assistance from the techs at Power Gear , they're very responsive to emails and respond during working hours rapidly . Their address is info@powergearus.com

X2 on PowerGear response time. Had an issue recently and sent an email...within 5 minutes I had a response and they were tenacious about helping until I was satisfied.
Impressed!

I have sent them my question. I'm getting 5 audible beeps with front and right flashing, no code in their troubleshooting list that I can see. if it can't be leveled, it says it will give me another series of flashes. anyways, hoping their response times are as good as I have heard. thanks all.

Will do, thanks for the help. he is suggesting that where it's parked is too out of level. if I can't get it their manually, then it's not a resetting issue...it's a get some blocks issue or move it.

I carried a torpedo level and always checked in the salon and rear bath to verify if the calibration was correct. Sometimes I adjusted it manually after an auto level. The shower and main door were happier that way .
