We spent our first week staying at a different campground within 150 miles of home (and the dealer) every night. We went out of our way to use every feature (Inverter, generator, TVs, appliances, slides, jacks, etc.) as often as possible.

Hey Hey ! Everyone. Well as everyone predicted the PDI is taking more time than anticipated. We are still at the dealer going through the last of our issues. Since the dealer was closed Sunday we ended staying in their back storage lot powered and water. Using on board grey and black water tanks. Had to dump grey water today. Fortunately the service guy did it for us as the sewer line for grey water came loose and he got drenched!
W
Saturday afternoon prep mechanics stole parts from a twin zephyr in the lot where needed. Tiffin Monday is fed exing the remainder parts needed to finish off the repairs on Tuesday.
We had a bigger list Monday morning than we did Saturday afternoon. Sunday I used the afternoon to put the coach through paces and get the feel of things. Drove in a parking lot and into some tight spots to get used to all 45 feet turning u turns and all types of maneuvers.
The recommendation to live in it for a couple days at the dealer was the best advice!

Major things : galley slide pinched the water line when extended so galley had no water. 1/2 bath water leak into basement. Right hand mirror was broken so couldn't make any adjustments other than manually.
Medium things: window latch broken, steering when after alignment wasn't straight, patio light had water moisture buildup, one zone of multiplex lighting isn't operating. Had to pull fuse to get the lights off over sofa. About 6 other things but won't go into it all here
Minor things or just plain my OCD Zephyr logo crooked The tv audio controls are simply confusing as all heck but we have direct tv and it works great. Multiplex lighting confusing layout. But we were told it could be reprogrammed to our liking if need be.

My accolades. Nothing mechanical at all is wrong. Coach drives great power is awesome and very smooth. It's verrrry comfy. Watching movies, internet with our hot spot few trips to grocery store and Costco and finding our cabinets are still mostly empty the storage in bedroom is amazing. Just playing with everything to make sure it all works!

I'm sure we will discover something else over the next day/morning but we are getting there

Thanks for the update! Keep putting them and it through the paces. Unfortunately it sounds par for the course - maybe a few strokes over - but not all that unusual. Its time consuming and frustrating process but sounds like you have it under control. Yippee!

Don't get discouraged - great lessons being learned and great times ahead. Don't forget. Pictures or it didn't happen!
