Hi all,

Starting to plan for our Snowbird transformation for the upcoming winter. Other then the known sites like KOA, etc, we are looking for web sites that list private site, where the owner lists their sites. We met a couple last year while in Florida and they mentioned a web site where lot owners post their sites,but lost that url. I have tried AirBnb but haven't been able find much.

If this isn't the appropriate forum to ask, let me know. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a large group on Facebook that does what you are asking for. Search on FB.

I have found that many resorts web sites list sites within the resort that are available for rent. You may search Resorts that sell sites and see what is available to rent.

One of the more prominent sites where individual lot owners advertise their lots is "RVParkStore."

We've owned lots in the past and advertised on RVParkStore for both renting them out and also when selling.

Also, check the iRV2 classified section as you may occasionally be able to snag a good deal when an iRV2 member lists their lot for rent (most listing are "for sale" but as you can see, some are also "for rent"):

Are there any sites that list "pads" for rent that aren't at RV parks? I am picturing someone's driveway or pad on private property. Hookups would be nice too. The reason I ask is for those times you really want to be in a certain location and there are no rv parks nearby (or they are closed for the winter).

I have seen listings on craigs list search area your interested in vacation rental or rv lot ….
