Problem with EPDM COATINGS by Proguard coatings.

My roof is a sticky mess after 2 years of applying 2 part EPDM liquid rubber roof. Looked great and stayed nice for over a year. Then became sticky and now looks like a camouflage net.
Contacted distributor and manufacture.
Waiting for reply. Sent pictures to manufacture.
Distribution company said I should scrap it off with xlean and scraper and reaply another coat because of some batch problems in the past. They said factory sent them this fix.
I think they should fix problem thet created.
Thanks for any reply

It would seem, that if they knew there was a problem with the product, they would provide some type of assistance to resolve the issue. One of the reasons I stay with solid fiberglass roof systems. Hope they can come back to you with a better response than the first one,

Heard from VP of customer relations. She said must see pictures and original receipt.
Sent pictures for second time and contacted EPDM who found and emailed me the original receipt ( four yrs old). Product was suppose to last 10 yrs.
I don't think she figured on finding receipt.
Before they could consider help.
Update to follow.
Can't believe no one on form has had this problem.

Talked with Polly head if customer service. First she emailed
Say I probably had a non rubber roof. Called her and gave her vin number and saifmd 100% rubber.
Said she would send 6 gals of new product and a new primer to redue roof. But I gad to do labor and use MEK TO REMOVE LEAVES. She said they do not pay for labor (company policy)..
I said this product is a known hazardous material and shoukd not be handled with out protective. Clothing.
Bottom line I insisted she do more (nicely). Said everyone is gone for day at 3 pm?? Said she would call back today.
Any advice would help (lawyers??)
Thanks all for listening.

Good news.
Received email today saying they will have entire roof redone for me in march by professional rv roofer who will come to my home.
Sent my # and address. They will preship everything for them prior to their arrival.
Very thankful.[emoji41]

I just replaced my entire roof. I found some 40+ mil thick black pond liner. Took all the old off and replaced it. I painted It with a white EPDM and have had no trouble for a year..

The pond liner is sold by grange co-op here in Central Point, OR $15 per foot for a 10' width

How did you fasten it down. Glue?
