Problem with my Leviton Surge Suppressor

I have a Leviton Transient Surge Suppressor (32120-1) which I believe is the source of some electrical issues when I attempt to use shore power. My coach is a 2000 Monaco Signature Admiral. When the coach is plugged to shore power the screen on the inverter says "Waiting for AC". I have verified my shore power is good. I noticed on the Surge Suppressor that the Line 1 and Line 2 green lights aren't turning on which is why I believe it's the cause of my grief - they used to turn on as soon as i connected to shore power. When I start the coach or run the genset everything is normal and works great. There is no reset button on the Surge Suppressor, unfortunately. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can reset it or determine if it needs to be replaced?

Any help or things to try is appreciated.

Its my guess that the power from the gen set, or when you start the engine... power is supplied without going through the surge suppressor... and when you plug into shore power... all that power is passed through the surge suppressor.... I'd plug the unit into shore power... and than trace the wiring from the surge suppressor to a point where you can connect to the output... if your on a 50 amp circuit you should be able to go from either hot leg to neutral and see 120 VAC and if you test between the two hot legs.. you should see 240 VAC...

I'm guessing that you have an issue with the surge suppressor... maybe a master circuit breaker, a master fuse.. or a failure in the suppressor... most surge suppressors are special wound transformers with some additional protection... if the primary coil is open... or the secondary coil is open (open = broken wire) the circuits can't function...
