Problem with power mirror

I needed to replace the mirror on my 2003 Tiffin Phaeton (which I believe had a Ramco brand mirror) so purchased Velvac mirrors from eBay (so the wires didn't match). Everything appears to work okay except with the UP/DOWN on the remote control power mirror adjustments. Both mirrors work the same; if I push UP, the mirror goes down (which is annoying but I can live with) but the bigger problem is that it doesn't go straight down, it goes down and to the left. Similarly, if I press DOWN, the mirror goes up but actually goes up and to the right.

It's possible it's the wiring (which I had to match up) is wrong but I think it's okay. Both old and new were 5 wires with 3 for the power mirror (common, up/down, left/right) and 2 for the heated mirror. I believe the 3 for the power mirror are correct since I isolated them 2 at a time so I think that's correct (common with up/down and then common with left/right).

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Thanks,
