Problems with winterizing (Fleetwood Storm)
Hello,
We bought a Fleetwood Storm 32bh, 9.5 m. large, 3.5 m. height, 2.5 width.
We stay in Germany and we need to winterize it, because at the night is already -1(Celsius). We found some pipes for black and grey water, but we do not know how to pour off the fresh water. Do we need to pour all from grey, black and fresh or can we do it otherwise? I can send some photos, but please help.
Thank you.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
Congrats on the new rig! -1 Celsius is about 30 degrees F, or just below freezing. That would not be cold enough to do any damage. If it should drop on down to the mid 20's, I would be worried!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Should be a shut off valve underneath your reservoir tank

Check your wet Bay should be an inlet marked for pump inlet to add antifreeze to all your pipes until the pink runs out in the sinks shower and toilet you can add automotive antifreeze to your black

Welcome to irv2.
This link will give you information on how to generaly winterize your coach plus other info.
You Should have some low point drains to start with all your faucets open most water will drain out of your plumbing. The fresh water tank should have its own drain to remove the water in it.
Your hot water heater has a plug to drain it plus a bypass valve to now turn in opposite direction they are now, so any RV Anti freeze by-passes the hot water tank when pumped in water system..
Not familiar with your coach but with the fresh water tank empty of water the RV Anti can be poured in FWT tank than with the water pump operating pump the anti through your water system.
If you have a whole house filter empty it of water and remove filter.

Next to your water filter bay, there is a red handled ball valve that when turned will empty your fresh ware tank. In the water bay, there are low point drains ( red/ hot, blue/ cold that you can open to drain the water out of your lines. I would get out as much water as possible, and pour some RV antifreeze in the black and grey tanks. Pour a gallon down the toilet and sink. In the end, you pour a cup of same( or so) in the
shower drain, kitchen and bath sink so it stays in “ P” trap. There should be a heater vent to blow hot air into the underbelly tank area to keep from freezing. I have made an assumption that you are storing the unit?
If not and you are camping, the heater will heat the tank area in most cases. Good luck.... sounds cold

You did not mention what year you had but I had a 2011 30SA which was similar to yours. I’m going off of memory as I sold it last year, but there was a hot water and cold water low point drain valve kind of elevated in the pass through cargo compartment. The fresh water tank drain I believe was in the forward left compartment. Just rotate the large valve a quarter turn and it drained the tank.
In my 2011 year, there was no pick up where you could dip the inlet side of the water pump into the antifreeze solution and just pump it through. I had to pour the antifreeze directly into the gravity feed for the fresh water tank (empty it first!) then use the water pump to distribute the antifreeze.
Yours might be different. Good luck.
