What iPad apps and or Windows programs do you use in connection with your motor home?

On a Windows laptop:
Garmin Basecamp
Mountain Directories East and West (can buy these in book form, too)
Google Maps

In addition to using Google Maps to find things, I used its "My Maps" capability to make three custom maps. The maps showed our GPS tracks (where we went), the places we stayed and the sights we saw. We did this mainly as a way of keeping family and friends updated.

I know you didn't ask about GPS "software," but I did purchase the Low Clearance Database for our Garmin.
