Propane tank sensor wiring

I bought this MH used last year. (the sensor that tells how much propane is in the tank) I noticed the wire for the propane tank sensor had been cut at the tank and I can't find the other end. I thought I could find the other end I could patch it back together. No luck, There is a loose wire hanging down from the side of the transmission. There are a number of other wires connected there as well.
