Purchase HELP

Love this board. Having a hard time with picking a Class A. We are a family of 4 with 2 dogs. Looking to travel with the class a about 5000 miles per year...

So for the big question:

We are looking at 2 unites both are 2004 both have about 30k on them. One is a private seller one is a dealer (flagg rv in RI)
Both have great floor plans for us. OK now onto the question;

Which is better quality, service and for the long hall?

2004 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, 36ft 3 slides

2004 Itasca 35u

Opinions please

Thank you

Which one has the manuals and service work done to it?
Which one looks like it was taken care of and not just drove with little or no regard to
up keep of the running gear.
Does all the items in them operate and you need to check for your self.
How old are the tires and batteries?
Those are just a few things you need to know.

Good questions

Which one has the manuals and service work done to it?
Both

Which one looks like it was taken care of and not just drove with little or no regard to up keep of the running gear.
Both look great. Itasca decore is a little dated (felt ceiling vs vinal)

Does all the items in them operate and you need to check for your self.
All do. Checked myself. Fleetwood has no oven but has the washer/dryer

How old are the tires and batteries?
new on both

I would take the Pace Arrow for a couple of reasons. It has a rounded roof and is the
high end of Fleetwood where a Itasca is the low end of it's brand as I recall.
That being if everything is as you state both well taken care of and equal.
The reason I like the rounded roof is less water leaks by far.
