Question Purchasing 2009 Fleetwood Bounder 38F

Never owned a motorhome plan to purchase this unit. Has 26,500 miles and is in extremely good condition. Is this a decent motorhome?

Welcome to the forum, as many will probably say, we would need some more info. There is a whole sub-culture of Bounder owners who love their "roo's" I've owned two Fleetwood RV's (1999 PaceArrow / 2008 Fiesta LX) and I feel their products are well put together. I've also had some luck calling Fleetwood a couple times with questions and looking for parts. But everyone will say, a used RV is only as good as the records they kept. Make sure you have it inspected, a $400 inspection fee for home and chassis could end up saving you thousands later on. Get as much of their service records you can, look everything over and if you buy it, enjoy it. We are getting out in ours the first time this year next Thursday!!!

do you know which chassis it is on? If gasser, it will be either Ford or Workhorse.

Check out the owners forum. They have a thread there on "bounder owners sound-off."

We have a 2008 bounder 38F which we purchased new and we love it. Ours has 47,000 miles on it and it still runs and performs great.
