Question 07 Endeavor 40SKQ

We are shopping for a 40ft DP...and considering an 07 Holiday Rambler 40SKQ..researching it and cannot find whether or not that chassis has independant front suspension. Can anyone out there confirm whether it does or not and any opinions on the quality...pro and cons on this rig will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

In 2007 when we were shopping for a new DP, we went back and forth between the Endeavor and the Itasca Ellipse. We ended up going with the Ellipse. I don't recall if the Endeavor had IFS or not but I'm pretty sure it has 8 air bag suspension instead of the four.

Best of luck

Rick

It's a high quality coach built on Roadmasters 8 air bag RR8R chassis. It has what's called an H frame suspension. It's not IFS.

I have an 08 40SKQ if you have any other questions. We are full timing in ours. Love it.

Hi, We have an 07 Diplomat 40 SKQ and it's a great floorplan. I removed the love seat and built an extension for the slide floor and installed a rocker recliner in it's place, that worked out great for me because I have to have my recliner (spoiled brat that I am). It does not have IFS but does have the 8 bag RR8R suspension. Mine rides great, plenty of power with a 400 Cummins (ISL). If it doesn't have the 400 Cummins I'd ask for more opinions from those who know what you should expect from a smaller ISC engine. Good luck, and Happy Campin!
