Radio always on

We have a 2015 Palazzo with a Jensen VM9226BT sound system.
It turns itself on automatically. Anyone else had this problem. Jensen doesn't know. John

automatically?
-ours always comes on when you push the 'On' main knob.
but,
If you push the 'On' knob to use the 'Camera' function, the radio will
be on while the camera is on - the options if you dont
want to hear it are either turn the 'Volume' knob down
or press the 'Mute' button...
also, when you are in reverse, the rear Camera Audio will come thru
the speakers.

If there's a menu, see if you can find a selection for NOT coming ON when you start engine. Or there might be a relay that you might disconnect that will stop this.
