Rand McNally GPS

I noticed the Infotainment Center was on so I went into the settings and turned off the Standby Mode (how it got switched or turned on I don't know) Then the lights (in red on the bottom of the screen)on the Rand McNally GPS were on and the CD / DVD lights were on also (red.... both sides)
My question is: How do I get the lights off on the GPS and the CD/DVD player (Red )?

Read post #10 here: Rand McNally question

It's not clear from your post, but it sounds like your GPS is connected to your entertainment center in some fashion. That may be specific to your mfgr.
